It's telling that the 'E-mail scanner is not fully functional' and I
suppose that's correct, since I don't use the 'Personal E-mail
scanner'
When looking further for installed plug-ins I'm getting shown the TB
plug-in and on trying to configure that, I end up at the same pop-up
that's being shown via TB - Options - Pref - etc

Do you mean the date for the AVGBAT.BAV file in AVG's program
directory? Mine's from 30.4.2004
