Allie, on Tue, 25 May 2004, at 21:40:28 [GMT -0500] (which was 4.40 here in Italy) you wrote to Rich Gregory: AM> I'll give you a long URL: AM> http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/1880418592/ref=pd_ts_coop/104-7943297-2153543?v=glance&s=books&n=549066 AM> I really don't expect TB! to wrap this.
More than this, i've noticed that you can add many text after the URL and TB doesn't wrap. See at the end of the line here: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/1880418592/ref=pd_ts_coop/104-7943297-2153543?v=glance&s=books&n=549066 can add many text after the URL and TB doesn't wrap. More, it's the same if you write an URL and delete the "http://" and the "www." markers [I think TB uses these to recognize URLS, it isn't?]. ...As in the following, I've pasted only the path and added characters at the end of the line: /exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/1880418592/ref=pd_ts_coop/104-7943297-2153543?v=glance&s=books&n=549066 can add many text after the URL and TB doesn't wrap. more and more... Positively surprising...
