The other is "Copy to...", but I'm not sure where it goes / what it does. This is probably the reason that nobody has an answer for you - you're talking at cross purposes. Anyway, this is immaterial since I have found no way to enable these "Copy" buttons. The Copy-to and Move-to folder operations are not available on buttons, grey or otherwise.
