Since this did not help, nor changing the setting to "Use External Viewer," and since TB! has permission to display .jpeg and .jpg, I decided to try my idea of taking Windows XP back before the boot-time defrag on Monday. Put it back to Sunday, June 6. This showed my application as TB! 2.00.6. But it would still not open attachments by clicking on the icons with the e-mail. So I "undid" that "restore." Plainly it's a setting messed up somewhere--either in Windows or in The Bat! If anyone has further ideas, I would very much like to hear them. :) -- Best regards, Mary The Bat! 2.11.02 on Windows XP 5.1 2600 Service Pack 1 ________________________________________________ Current version is 2.11.02 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
