I've now done all that (except the Registry bit - I'll see if the rest
works first.

Actually I wne tfor the Repair section of the TBv3 install in the end.

Well the repair intalled BIv6.0.0 so I'll stick with that for the
minute

Yep it did that.

Well the Repair seemd to sort that out.

I didn't realise that those were betas.
I leave betas well alone - I earn a lot of money keeping a lot of
clients very happy using The Bat and its filters. I cannot afford
instability.
Thanksa for the guidance - itr gave me the confidence to follow my
route alongsiude your guiding. Seems - so far to be stable now. And at
least it's remembering the white and balck list filters.
