The only one I'm missing is the bayesit.lng. Can someone tell me where
this originally came from and how to get it. I assume it is with the
full installations, but I thought they were all full installations.

I think the pcre.dll has to do with the regex abilities of bayesit
which I don't use at the moment so I haven't played with it, but I
remember the conversations you mentioned about moving it to the parent
directory.
