In that case I suggest that you restore it with Restore4All or
whatever its restore component is called.
Install TB and when you're being asked, choose to setup a new account,
point it to the correct mail directory (which doesn't have to be in
one of the silly default places, but can be everywhere, I usually
advice to place it on a dedicated mail partition) and enter as name
your old account name. TB will recognize it and take over its
settings.
