My friend's son tried to upgrade her v1.62 to v3.
The instructions: "To finish the registration, click on "Help|Enter
Registration Code" and use the following information:" (numbers). Use
how? The Bat! (Cifnet) sends by email a v3 S/N xxxxxx / Home Edition
and a Key Block: consisting of 151 characters. There are two areas
where a number is required: The Bat Key, and Key Checksum. There
doesn't seem to be a place for something called a Key Block. She has
tried pasting it in both places, resulting in an error message.
Her trial period is about to expire, and panic is about to set in,
AND Ritlabs has not answered her query.
Help please! What do I tell her to do?
