I think the thing that is so wrongheaded about this insistence in limiting the possibilities of TB! and making it less functional than other e-mail clients, is that it is always explained as offered to protect me and my ilk from myself and my desire to be able to use this software as I wish, when somehow my actions in doing so might somehow bite me later because I did it. I was allowed to take the training wheels off my bike. I am allowed to ride it without a helmet. I can even ride it at night. I can buy chlorine bleach and ammonia at the same grocery, and even carry it home in the same bag, at night on my bicycle, even though if the two mingle they will produce a very poisonous gas. I can buy a car which will start, and go into gear even if I have been drinking beers with MAU. But at least someone is making sure I can't remove those disclaimers. -- Dwight A.
