I have a real problem. TB hangs on starting and won't start (don't get past the pic of the bat) and, even worse, freezes up my computer to the point that I can only restart it by turning off the power!
Until yesterday things were fine. I was using 3.51.10 as I recall. I was having some problems with slow internet connections and needed to reboot. TB wouldn't shut down and I had to reboot without it shutting down properly. After doing so, my internet problem was gone and things seemed fine until I tried to start up TB. It hung and wouldn't start up and froze up everything on the computer and I had to turn off power to restart. After a couple rounds of this the only thing I could thing to do was to see if installing the current version of TB would help so I went and downlowded 3.64 and installed it. I know it is installed because whenever I try to start TB I get the Christmas Bat. But everything still hangs (writing this message using web mail). Any ideas what to do? I am hoping to be able to do something that won't require me to recreate all my mail folders (several hundred) and filters.
