Did you change the drives on which TB or the mail directory were
installed? I don't think what you did will work if you changed
directories.

Some settings are stored in the reg file, and I believe others in .ini
files. It should not be necessary to export/import the reg key
manually. This is clearly a bug in the backup/restore function, I'd
say.
