X-Mailer cannot be edited or otherwise changed from within TB! If you want to modify it for selected recipients, you will either need an external application like X-Ray Mail Assistant (http://xrayapp.com), or use the "User-Agent" header for your mailer information (see the headers in this message). Otherwise just turn it off from Options->Preferences->General.
