(reply to message of Wednesday, November 28, 2007) Hello Feli,
L>> Ever since I installed the latest version of The Bat, I have quite L>> a strange problem with it: all sub-folders of the inbox of one of L>> my accounts keep disappearing. L>> They're still on my hard-disk. So if I try to create a new folder L>> at exactly the same place with exactly the same name, The Bat L>> informs me that that exists already and nevertheless displays it, L>> containing all the original messages. But then, when I close The L>> Bat and restart again, all sub-folders have gone again. > You could try the magic key combination Ctrl-Alt-Shift-L and all > lost folders should reappear. Thank you. But when I 'repair' the folders with the key combination or as I explained above, they disappear again when I shut down The Bat. They keep disappearing, so I'm afraid it's a bug. I made a new account with the same settings as the one with the folder-problems, and moved the folders there, and they don't dissappear in that account... So the problem is solved for the time being, but it's still quite strange. I think someone should inform the team of developers at RitLabs. Are they on this list? -- Laura. www.ratje-toe.nl ________________________________________________ Current version is 3.99.27.2 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
