Before you go, it is behaving as though the folder structure file has become read-only. Have you had to restore from a backup recently? I think the file (CMIIW) is ACCOUNT.FLB and it can be found in your main mail folder. Mine can be found (vista) at "C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\The Bat!". You could give that a quick check to make sure it's not read only. I see there's a backup file for it too - ACCOUNT.~FLB. If that became read only then it wouldn't allow the program to delete it to make way for a new backup version when the main version changes.
