Hello MFPA, Something very strange here. If I look in *my* computer under PROGRAM FILES-THE BAT! there is a folder called MAIL which when opened shows folders for all accounts. If an account folder is opened it shows everything pertaining to that account including .TBB and .TBI folders.
However, on my wife's computer the MAIL folder is completely missing even though TB seems to function normally. Now I don't understand how TB would continue to work without her MAIL folder. I'll check the Carbonite backup for her missing MAIL folder.
