I'm not sure either, but maybe the GnuPG Home directory isn't correct in the
registry. You can set that via WinPT.

The paths are odd because I don't keep my keys in their 'default' location.
Instead I keep them somewhere more accessible and somewhere where they are
safer and easier to back up (on a TrueCrypt drive in fact).
