- In Properties/Deletion, I tick the 'Use folder specific deletion settings' option.
- Then, for 'Alternative deletion' I select 'Move to the specified folder' and, of course, I browse to select the corresponding folder in the 'Archived_Messages account'.
Thanks for setting it out so clearly, but why tick both "Use folder specific deletion settings" whic leads to the folder in the Archives and "'Alternative deletion' > 'Move to the specified
