Remembering that http may not be there - could be ftp or even 
just www.

Sadly it looks as if 5254 was not fixed:-

 13 Dec 2005 09:39      open => not fixable
 13 Dec 2005 09:39      acknowledged => verify wait
 03 Jan 2006 17:00      verify wait => resolved
 05 Jan 2006 19:50      resolved => closed

And "Fixed in Version" is blank.
