That was December 2005. Maybe since then, somebody somewhere has 
figured out a solution. We know that in addition to TB!, OpenOffice, 
MS Office and OE mis-handle this URL. 

I notice also that if the URL expresses the closing bracket as "%29"
instead of ")" TB! treats it correctly (at least in MicroEd)
