Ritlabs says on its website it is "Windows 7 ready". And TB! works on Windows 7. However, there were some crashes. Moreover, I suspect TB! of causing a bug where touchpad (Synaptic) stops responding on "clicks" - this does not happen if you avoid using "minimize to system tray".
