The message store has not been placed in Program Files by default for
several versions now (since only administrative users have permission
to write there, and in Vista and newer, even when logged in with

TBB files contain the messages, and TBI are the indexes. With 4.1, TBI
files are replaced with TBN (one of the reasons for the change was to
allow for message bases exceeding 2GB, but IIRC, there were a few
other changes).
