I think it is not related to what happens in XP when each user has their own mail folder, so won't normally have visibility of anybody else's messagebase and TB! accounts. (The next paragraph is roughly quoted from TB!'s help file.) For each account in TB! you set "user" or "administrator." The latter can see all accounts defined in the running copy of The Bat! and can change all account properties, program preferences and settings. Ordinary Users cannot see all defined accounts, only the accounts in their group. The properties they may change are determined by the Administrators. If a particular user wants to have access to several e-mail accounts, the Administrator can define a group of accounts for that user, which are displayed whenever that user logs on to The Bat! >> My guess for making TB! visible to all users would be >> to put the program shortcuts into the "All Users" >> folders instead of the ones >> specific >> to the user account that installed it. > Bingo!
