When I bought new versions in the past, the product key came within a
few hours in an email from [email protected]. You just download TB!
from Ritlabs's website and can use it for a 30-day "trial" period, at
the end of which it stops working unless you enter the product key.

Not even an email confirming the transaction? That seems odd.

I would contact [email protected] and/or [email protected] with
relevant information about the transaction, possibly after checking if
my card had been debited (but the card may be debited anything from
instantly to over two weeks later). The 30-day trial should be ample
time to chase this up, one would hope!
