The open source Clamwin doesn't anymore. The main program itself can't
handle the TB database files well, it's focused on the kind of database, where
not all mails are stored within one file. The 3rd party plugin for TB was a
good solution, but stopped working last week as the core program got a major
update. And the author, who updated the plugin in 2007 for the last time wrote
me:
              "I have to admit that TBClamWin isn't a priority for me at the 
moment.
              I will be more than happy to update it in the future, and make 
sure
              it's working fine, but I cannot make any promise about dates & 
time
              frames."

>From the suggestions I've got here, I choose the free AVG 9, which has a
TB plugin. I choose mainly the free one, because now I can quietly wait
for a Clamwin plugin update. If that comes, I'll go back to Clamwin.
