He has some good points, but he left out something that's absolutely vital when knowing when to leave -- your gut. When you find your stomach turning in on itself on a constant basis; when you're worrying about work when you're not at work; when the stress from work starts to manifest itself as health problems, then it is time to go. Your gut is a great early warning system.
