I myself have a rather long list: * How to write help * Variables, conditional text, text insets in unstructured FrameMaker * Structured FrameMaker * InDesign * PhotoShop (have it, use it, but know I'm not fully using its power) * Software documentation, including APIs * Project management * More than the basics of HTML * Indexing * Usability testing Of course, my boss would just be happy if I remembered to do my timelog and other adminstrative requirements on time.
