I need to know how to put a self-extracting file on a CD. What I want to
happen is that when the user puts the CD in their CD drive, it
automatically brings up a web page (the HTML file will also be on the
CD) that allows them to bring up my application, which will also be on
the CD.

I know I've done this, but I can't get it to work.
