Two ways.

1. Break up your presentation. Slides 1 to n. Go to demo. Slides n+1 to 
m. Etc. Open all the PPTs before you start and just keep track of where 
they are on your taskbar when it's time to switch.

2. Put a navigation slide at the beginning and click the appropriate 
link when the first slide comes up.
