Thank you, Carla. The plug-in is a good idea in general, but not for our specific purposes. When we import user variables form our master variables file, we want all the user variables.
We discussed use of two variables earlier today, but your particular idea of creating a variable for the product name (we've already got all those as variables) and one for book type is a good one.
