I used to be on more, but it just gets overwhelming. One that was great but had WAY too many messages was the Copyediting List, so I got off that a long time ago. I've signed up for TechWrL a few times, but some time later I get dropped off - I tried that a few times, and then gave up! Of course, then there are the RSS feeds... Again, that can get overwhelming too. There are still only 24 hours in the day. She said: "I heard the phrase "cleaning up after elephants can be lucrative" on the STC Lone Writers or CIC SIG lists the other day - it was so evocative that it stuck." (I'm thinking about the lists, not the elephants, just to be clear). I'm constantly aware that there may be other resources out there that I've not yet found, but I'm particularly keen to hear what (professional) mailing lists people are members of. Me? TechWR FM-DITA WebWorks Xml-doc ISTC (membership required) IAI (membership required) I've gleaned useful snippets from all of these over the past year or so, but I often get the feeling I'm missing out. Am I? What mailing lists are you on?
