Hi Bill, I think it means that, if someone like me were to decide to create a group for HATT members, I wouldn't have the right to pull names and e-mail addresses from your original HATT list. You, as the HATT owner, have rights to HATT information that I don't. My guess is that it's to keep people from "helping" by creating groups that someone else should be in charge of.
