I also heard about this list from Techwr-L.
 
I work for a NATO NBC (Nuclear, Biological and Chemical) Contractor in 
Maryland. I write a little bit of everything, mainly User Guides and SVDs 
(Software Version Descriptions) and Requirements docs. I also keep an Acronym 
Dictionary and a company newsletter and Wiki. 
 
In the past I have worked for a webhosting company and an electronic education 
company. I have worked at my current position for two years and love it, mainly 
because my commute went from 30 miles to one mile! :)
 
I find these lists to be a great source of help and guidance.
