Hi everyone,

I'm researching effective communication practices to employ across my
organization. I have a few books I can pull off my bookshelf already
(Managing Virtual Teams, Death By Meeting, and a few old college texts
about the subject - never throw out a book!) but I was wondering what
other resources might be out there for me to take a look at. I'm also
looking more into Toastmasters as a means of educating or refining
delivery tactics. As you can imagine, my focus is very wide, from
presentations and meetings down to email and IM. I'm not looking for
golden hammers or proverbs, but information I can dissect and reflect
back upon my findings as I dive into what the true issues that need
addressing are.
