Try compiling with "-Ae" rather than "-Aa"; if that works, we should fix
"aclocal.m4" to use "-Ae" rather than "-Aa" with the HP C compiler.
(The version of libpcap 0.6.2 at the Software Porting And Archive Centre
for HP-UX:
http://hpux.cs.utah.edu/hppd/hpux/Networking/Admin/libpcap-0.6.2/
uses "-Ae", as does Ethereal.)
