Look around the office or down the hall and find someone that needs
encouragement or a pick me up for the day. Send them an email card and let
them know someone cares. My favorite trick is to send one and just sign it
Someone who cares. They spend the day trying to find out who it is and
find out a lot of people really care about them. All cards are free. If you
see someone without a smile send them a free ecard and cheer them up. Free
thinking of you, thank you, encouragement, bad day, birthday and more.

There will be some days around May 15th that there will be no newsletter. I
am having my total knee replacement replaced. I fell a while back and
caused damage to my knee and loosened the total knee replacement and have to
get it replaced again. I will have surgery on May 15th. I already have the
newsletters done for several days around that date and will send them out
from my hospital room when I am awake enough to find the keys on my laptop.

Listbot (the way I send out these newsletters) has not been sending them out
in a timely manner. I am sorry if this is an inconvenience to anyone. I
have no control over the situation. These newsletters can be viewed online

Good Thoughts for the Day
The secret to a happy life is to accept change gracefully.
James Stewart

Tip of the Day
Provided by Mrs. ABC's Spelling and Phonics Curriculum site at
http://www.mrsabc.com.
(Thank you for allowing us to use your tips of the day.)

A small paint brush, glass of water, and chalkboard is all you need.
Children paint their words with water on the chalkboard and then watch
them disappear magically.

Territory of Oklahoma created

A Brief History of the Oklahoma Territory
Historically considered, Oklahoma as a territory is of recent origin, but as
a small portion of the great tract of south-western country, known at
various times and under various circumstances as Louisiana, Mandan
Territory, the great American Desert, uninhabitable lands and the Indian
Territory, it has a place in the history of the nation dating back to the
days of the Spanish explorers, who sought in the great Southwest unknown
empires and their reputed fabulous wealth .

Early Oklahoma History
The early forts and trails of Indian Territory were formed almost
simultaneously with the forced movement of Indian Tribes into present day

Radio Shack re-releases Model III TRSDOS 1.3 with 2 fixes
I had a Radio Shack Model I, Model III and Model 4P for many years. In fact
several are still in working order and are cluttering up my closet but just
dont have the heart to get rid of them. I also have several Atari 1040 and
a Commodore Computer in the closet (all in working order). People keep
telling me I should be collecting little trinkets rather than obsolete
computers because they take up less room.
