You may be required to set up an e-mail account for the copier (they can
probably all use the same one) but there should not be a problem. Though we
run our own mail server, we scan things to outside e-mail addresses all the
time.

Subject: [tech-geeks] Scan to email on copy machines

We are currently running our own email server so setting up 'scan to
email' on our networked copy machines is a breeze. However, if we
change to Google Apps or Area IV LTC email so email server is no
longer on-site, how difficult is it to set up 'scan to email'?
TIA,
Tammy
