According to Stephanie Coy-Lykes, e-rate contact at Frontier ( [email protected]) "The SPIN number will stay the same. They have been transitioned to Frontier." at least for us.
My funding committment letter came out in July, so I got the introductory email from Frontier rather than Verizon for our phone and T-1s, so I inquired because I had exactly the same question.
