Novice that I am, I'm having trouble locating the menu bar in Word 2000 on one of my teacher computers. I googled the problem and the only solution was to get out of full page mode. It's not in full page mode. The article also said that a registry error could cause this problem. I don't want to go there, so I thought I'd back up her files, then just delete her profile and start again. When deleting the profile, I get the message "index.dat is being used by another user". All is well when logged in as any other user. Any ideas on this one? Thanks
