I am close to finishing a PRI/DID install. We have had a 3Com VoIP system for a few months working with analogue lines. I am getting this moved over to a PRI very soon.
I am worrying about my users getting confused by having different internal extensions from their DID #s. That is, my internal extension is x2019. Lets say I then assign the DID # 476-6023 to my phone. People have to remember that my internal extension is completely different from my outside DID #. How have other organizations handled this? --Michael T.
