All I can say is I feel your pain. I had one that called me and said her
computer wasn't working. She moved the monitor from one spot on the desk to
another and pulled the power cord out. Another one said his computer wasn't
working. When I walked down to the classroom, he hadn't turned the monitor on.
He shouldn't have asked what the problem was, because I told him and there was
a room full of students. I can't even go into all of the stuff that our
"computer teacher" (really keyboarding and word processing) has done. It would
take me all day to type the email. I'll just say that her organizational
skills are somewhere between slim and none, her file management skills are
worse, is completely resistant to any kind of change, and refuses to listen.
All of that has resulted in a ton of lost data and pictures. Of course, it's
all my fault. Luckily, every time she didn't listen and I had to correct
something, it was documented on the trouble ticket system.

What about those teachers who have a broken smartboard. Upon entrance into
their room discovering the projector is on but can't connect to a video source
I look on the wall next to the computer and see the video cable looped up and
the end dangling over the laptop. After connecting the cable I walked across
the hall and told her and the other three people who worked on it until heir
hair was pulled out. "I fixed your smartboard!"
