Abe, last week I had a client with the same type problem. I got on intuit's support page and scheduled a help call, you get a reservation type number, then called. I'm sure support was in India or there abouts, but he was very helpful. I gave him my email address, he sent a reset link, I hit the link and reset the admin password. The whole process took about 20 minutes (mostly on hold) and was free.
