It was older, I believe 2006, maybe 7. The first problem was I installed a
real old version (2004 I think) following an OS install and tired to open
the newer data file. I went to the support site and searched the faq's on
that, found a link to the reservation system for free phone support and went
from there. Before I could "fix" the data file, I had to have the admin
password. Once I had that, he also sent a link that "reset" the data file so
I could open it with 2006(7). I'm not a quickbooks fan so didn't pay much
attention. Our local extension people like quickbooks and I just send people
them, usually.
