The other issue is to look in to local regulations on Permits needed.  Here
in Mansfield, I pay $50.00 a year for a permit to have a security system in
the house. If the police are called out on a false alarm after the first
call we are charged $100 for each False call. And for a local business it is
$200 a year and you get 3 false alarms per year.

It's a money maker for the city.
