We installed an Avaya IP Office 500 system with voice mail and around 130 extensions with E911. whole systems took about three days to install, most of it was base set up. We have had little of no problems with this systems. We looked at a number of systems and this was whole lot less expensive. Except for something I haven't seen before, I can can do all the little things that need to be done.
