I've worked with CDI for many years, presently they re-sticker (CoA's) each unit with a "Refurbished for PC's" Sticker along side the original sticker if it still exists.
Now, I have not yet asked them to pre-install anything other than the plain OS. I talked to my rep about the low price option mentioned in the initial thread. Apparently they are in the middle of working out a deal with M$ to offer something like this. As of now the paint is still wet on this agreement and the offer to Abe was just pre-mature.
