I got a call from CDI today also. I usually wouldn't answer either. However 
today the number showed up with our area code and prefix so I picked up. How 
did he do that?

Generally, I let calls from zip codes that I don't recognize go to 
voicemail.  He's been calling every day for the last week, I finally 
picked it up today... before I realized it.
