KMS is actually not that bad once you get it setup initially, you do need
the 25 machines though.  MAK is a pain as it counts every time you activate
something and I am not sure if it ever goes away (so if you do 3 installs I
think it counts 3 times even on the same machine).  After awhile that will
become a problem of course.   I am not even sure KMS is keeping track of how
many machines you have as it keeps a history of the last 50 or something
like that.  The only issue is activating it as it can only be activated 6
times or so before it stops taking activation as a KMS server.

Once it is setup Windows Vista/7 will literally pull it down and activate
with no information (don't even need to put in a key, it pulls the
information from DNS).
