Are you willing to work with people who will insist that they know
everything about technology even when you know that they don't? Are you
willing to bite your tongue when you "catch" a teacher in a "bold faced
lie"? Are you willing to choose your battles carefully because we all
need to get along? Are you willing to accept the answer of "that is the
way we have always done it" even when you know that there is a better way?
Do you understand that change is a slow, frustrating, and difficuly
process that can only be successful whe key people are "on board"?

may not be available next year if the state government doesn’t get its
act together?
