I have Comcast for home phone. And am just about to disconnect it on Wednesday
when my TriplePlay $100 a month deal lapses and suddenly the same 3 services
(Phone/Internet/TV) will spontaneously start costing me $218 a month.

The service is good. It works. But seeing as how I won a Magic Jack at the
Tech Feast in Bloomington, I'm going to be using that at home for the next
year. Comcast service, and I daresay Vonage or anything else, is just not
worth $20/month -- especially when there are free or nearly free alternatives
for someone who calls others, and receives calls mostly from his cell phone.

This reminds me that I really need to consolidate my services. Does
anyone on this list use Comcast for home phone? Or does anyone have
AT&T UVerse for TV? I have been waiting on AT&T to get to my
neighborhood so I can play AT&T against Comcast. I have AT&T now for
Internet and phone but Comcast for TV - and it went up $15 this month
as my year discount on digital is now over. Time to "re-up" one way or
another.
