My take is that rushing things into 11 is not ok, and we are already well past the time to be taking features (maybe by 6 months). We should be at bug fix only, and holding only for regresssions from 10. It's been a year since branch, and we're 2 years and 3 months since 10.0, so I see us as 3 months beyond what should be viewed as the latest ok time. That's not a comment on the wisdom or quality of the new code at all. Just that I think adding features to 11 before release should be seen as out of the question.
